so, I really need some help.
the situation:
My partner messed with the monitor settings so he could play a game and it made all my work look like ANUS (too dark, too light, too contrasted, wrong colors) on our computer.
So I recalibrated it, and the work looks decent again.
but now...
my newest uploads look like ANUS on other computers (WORK COMPUTERS) that have never had this issue before.
Its only the NEWER work that looks bad, so obviously, its my home monitor.
but I've done literally everything I can think of to fix it, and reset it back to the way it was before (factory standards)
I need collected data from people OUTSIDE OF THE MONITOR SITUATION in order to align my monitor to something that looks better.
what the fuck do the backgrounds look like in these two pictures:
[link]is this blue? or is it black? or is it something else? is it pixelated? ughhhh
[link]is this a dark navy-ish gray? its not supposed to be so dark that its hard to see stuff. the red should vibrate off of the gray color, and the zits/pills coming
from her forehead should be pale, but highly saturated, lavender
if at all possible, can you include a screenshot?
I really need to fix this.
I haven't made shit in weeks but the first person who helps me solve this gets some digital thing
I'll try to make this weekend if I can beat my artist's block.
yeah, he just..messed with the monitor to play a game and never bothered to reset it
so I was editing images for two weeks without knowing they looked like shit.
Btw, hope you're doing well!
im doing ok. lots of good things professional, just gotta get my mental stuff all hashed out.
what about you? :}
